We had a major disaster when a full bottle of wine was broken on a very expensive, hand crafted wool rug. Bagnall services were recommended by our friends who had used them for oriental rugs. We were not disappointed. When the 20 plus year old rug was returned it looked new. No trace of the wine stain anywhere. The service was prompt and delivered on time. We will not hesitate to use them again.
